The design of challenge parts was the openness and flexibility. It creating  a variety of distinct spaces to support a different modes of works. Each floor have fitted a object in the centre the floor to allow loosely divide the space into distinct work.

This case study shown that each space alludes to a metaphorical location to establish both an atmosphere.

The window from the central are aligned with across each floor to allow moments of permeability that together for a better work environments.
